Overview

Fine footage of Winston Churchill, then Chancellor, at Croydon aerodrome for a pageant featuring several small bi-planes and one giant one. Also in attendance are half-a-dozen leads of Empire countries, who are in London to attend a Parliament Of Empire, a conference at Whitehall featuring premiers from India, Canada, South Africa, Australia, Newfoundland, New Zealand and the Irish Free State. Closes with a nice shot of a windsock.
