From Tudor cottages to scrapyards, from stately homes to factories - rural life has its good and bad sides. This colour film record asks whether we take good care of the treasures of the Cheshire countryside. The narrator praises the quaintly historic aspects and positive developments in the area, and then rails against litter, dereliction and bad planning decisions, which blight the landscape.
