Ho-Cheung Pang's wild, ribald comedy about a Hong Kong movie producer who will do anything to get his projects off the ground.
Comedy 2012 93 mins
Director: Pang Ho-Cheung
Overview
Beset by financial troubles, movie producer To (Chapman To) is in dire need of a hit. In desperation, he agrees to meet Tyrannosaurus (Ronald Cheng), a triad boss with cash to burn but who also very particular tastes in food and sex. Regardless, To is determined to woo this investor, even if it means giving into his every demands.
Bold, barmy and bawdy, Pang's comedy is never short of profane laughs, but it also offers a wry commentary on the unfettered excesses of Hong Kong's Category III cinema - the uncensored shockers that mainland China would prefer to suppress.
