Overview
Thrown out of his foster home, seventeen-year-old Christy moves in with his estranged brother Shane, and Shane’s young family in Cork. At a crossroads during his final year of state supervision and, after years of instability, Christy must get to know his brother for the first time, whilst figuring out what his future might hold. Just as he starts to settle, his past finds a way of resurfacing.
This Irish coming-of-age drama is a tender, funny, and deeply affecting portrait of a young man on the edge of adulthood - a sincere, crowd-pleasing story that is full of heart.
