The Bourne Ultimatum
Director Paul Greengrass returns for the third Bourne film, famed for its incredibly tense opening sequence in London Waterloo station.
Director: Paul Greengrass
Overview
Paul Greengrass returns to direct the third instalment in the original trilogy of Bourne films, with Matt Damon’s character now increasingly in control of his destiny yet still haunted by suppressed memories from his past as a CIA agent.
In arguably the most accomplished film of the trilogy Greengrass’ signature style of heightened realism is incorporated to stunning effect, particularly in the celebrated opening sequence conducted in London Waterloo station (at rush-hour); a remarkable feat of filmmaking logistics.
