Scots strongman Bill Anderson was only at the start of his career when he was selected as the face and body of the Egg Marketing Board. With 16 successive Scottish titles between 1959 and 1974 it’s a wonder other competitors bothered to turn up, and when he won the world title in 1981 he was in his 40s. Looking to compete?
