Street Family Film - Ireland 1958
Amateur film capturing a family holiday on the North Antrim coast, with trips to the Giant's Causeway and the Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge.
Overview
Award-winning amateur filmmaker Harold Street made many home movies starring his family on holiday. In this film the Street family tours the north coast of Northern Ireland, visiting the Giant's Causeway to take in the rugged beauty of the landscape and stopping off at Murlough Bay. Crossing the Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge, the Streets prove that it was no less thrilling in 1958 than it is today!
