Overview
Liverpool University's Amateur Film Unit gives us an entertaining record of student life with this irreverent review of Commemoration Week, including spirited rehearsals for a theatre production, and more sedate pastimes such as a garden party opened by legendary American jazz singer Lena Horne. Jazz is also on offer at the Commemoration Ball, led by bandleader Cyril Stapleton and his orchestra.
