Overview

A home-made pedal car – called Brumas IV – is shown off by a proud family, who take it for a drive around a local race track where it makes short work of the puddles. A kerb proves to be a trickier obstacle, but the film ends thrillingly with the car filmed as it’s driven down a busy road in central London (possibly High Holborn). Includes brief glimpse of the No 47 trolley bus. From the Ronald Bond collection of home movies.
