        Overview

Filmed by Pathe, this short clip shows several bus-loads of students – hanging off the side, waving scarves and flags – arriving in Richmond and then cheering on their colleges from a sports ground, whirling rattles and wearing fancy dress. The teams are competing at rugby for rag week and the atmosphere is extremely jolly. The students are from the Royal School of Mines and Central Technical College (aka City & Guilds), both part of Imperial.
