        Overview

The Prince of Wales meets disabled soldiers in Richmond – some on crutches, others in wheelchairs – as he prepares to lay the foundation stone for houses built in Richmond by the British Legion on land adjacent to their new factory, actually a former brewery, for the manufacture of poppies. The prince is followed by large crowds and is accompanied by a jolly looking dog.
