Overview

"Rivers" as he was known in the world of motorsport, would look forward to his annual holiday with family and friends on the Norfolk Broads. They would hire a couple of large cruisers from Brooms of Brundall and spend the week exploring the wonderful waterway playground - a far cry from the speed and madness of the racing circuit. For his 2 boys it was time to treasure with their father - when they could play at being 'driver' and captain of their own ship.
