Overview

This early amateur film visits the alpine-climate of Kagan (or Kaghan) Valley and the village of Darband, both located in the north-western region of Pakistan. The travelogue documents the journey through the valley and over numerous streams and rivers, including using the innovate method of inflated goat skins. Along the way they also encounter dancing children, a local band, and a demonstration of traditional crafts.
