Should old acquaintance be forgot... but that's not likely on this cheerful occasion in the Garston area of Liverpool. Filmmaker John Ireland records family and friends gathered together at his home, enthusiastically celebrating the end of 1974 and the arrival of 1975. Drinking and dancing and singing and drinking. It only happens once a year, after all, so Happy New Year to everyone!
