Overview

This fascinating look at a day in the life of the Manchester Evening News was made to celebrate the paper’s centenary. We see all aspects of newspaper production: investigative reporters, editorial staff and the art department, typesetters and printers. Once the finished edition rolls off the presses, the distinctive yellow vans can deliver copies across the city to the paper's readers.
