Filming "Ban the Bomb"
Saltdean's shingle beach is a bracing and breezy location for Brighton Cine Club's filming of ‘Ban The Bomb' - an amateur epic-in-the-making

Overview
Brighton's Cine Club, filmed by a member, Mr Harrison, are seen on the breezy beach at Saltdean, setting up shots for their film called 'Ban the Bomb'. We see them preparing cameras and the actors. Boys, wearing soldier's helmets and carrying prop guns, wait while the director and crew discuss shots. A man walks to a deckchair and sits down while another performs a comedy rant into a camera. As the boys throw pebbles, a man, wearing an horrific rubber hand, poses for the camera.
Mr. Harrison, a member of the Brighton Cine Club, lived at Fernhurst Crescent, Brighton.
