Roll out the barrel organ for some street dance, Victorian style

There'll be laughing, singing and music swinging, dancing in the street - Victorian style. High spirits and high kicks abound from these young children, who are clearly performing a co-ordinated dance. This film was shot by pioneer filmmaker Charles Goodwin Norton, who was also well known for his spectacular magic lantern shows in the pre-film era.
