        Overview

8th Avenue Works at Manor Park, Newham manufactured adhesive products for Kirkwood, Craig & Co and A Wilme Collier. This amateur industrial film, by the works manager of the factory, shows the inner workings of the process - from filling the jars of Gloy adhesive paste to drying the liquid glue that made Tapwata wallpaper flakes on huge steam drums to a final window display.
