Director Stephen Frears, writer Peter Morgan and actor Michael Sheen (Tony Blair) all reprised their roles from The Deal, their earlier examination of the Blair era, for this highly acclaimed account of a key moment in recent British history. The film won umpteen international awards including Best Film at the 2006 Baftas, and even received royal assent from Her Majesty herself.
