We do not currently support built-in Chromecast devices on smart TVs. While it may work, our player is not developed to support this and we cannot troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

You can only watch BFI Player in the UK and the service is not accessible through a VPN.

Certain security plugins, including adblockers and private browsing mode, can cause video playback to fail. We recommend switching these off before watching.
