Overview
In the near future, everyone has their own humanoid robot assistant. Except for Alberte, who is stuck with her old-style cuddly toy model. It’s loyal but seriously uncool. But then Alberte’s parents use a connection to get her Konrad, a new upgraded model. Overnight, Alberte becomes the talk of the town, with fellow students both impressed and – in some cases – more than a little jealous of her new companion. Before long, Alberte feels a deep connection with her robot brother, but her happiness is short lived when she discovers a shocking secret. A fresh, surprising take on the meaning of true friendship and the value of people over objects, My Robot Brother strikes a perfect balance between comedy and compelling drama.
