Overview
On a breezy Lancashire day, Mr Berry, head teacher at Blackrod County Secondary School and amateur filmmaker, recorded activities at the local agricultural show. Sheepdogs demonstrate their skills, horses and cattle are judged; and visitors admire the floral blooms in the marquee. This was one of a series of films made by Mr Berry as part of the school's 'Learning through Experiencing' concept.
The preservation of this film was funded by a grant from the National Heritage Memorial Fund.
