Overview

Manufactured by Ferdinando Innocenti of Milan, the Lambretta motor scooter was the vehicle of choice for Mods in the 1950s. The Bromley club ‘The Innocents’ formed in 1957 at a time when numerous Lambretta clubs were springing up across the UK. The iconic scooters and dexterous manoeuvres of the club riders are shown off to great effect by the birds-eye-view camerawork employed in this film.
