Bowls at Blackpool
It's all about the angles at this bowls tourney, with the cameraman hitting the green for a nice ground level view.
Overview
The sun shines as an audience of thousands forgets the War for an afternoon and enjoys a bowls tournament in Blackpool. It's impossible to get across any of the action or personalities in such a short item, so the Topical Budget cameramen content themselves with pleasing views. These were taken from above to show the umpires following the bowls as they're delivered across the green, and from the ground to show the bowls in close-up.
