Overview

Worcestershire countryman Arthur Jones hasn't visited Birmingham for twenty five years. "Everything is a rat race, although they're going nowhere" is the verdict after his tour arranged by the youthful ATV Today reporter Chris Tarrant. From the Bullring to traffic wardens and the joys of Spaghetti Junction. He finds progress but at a price of pollution and one "mad bugger" after another.
