Stepney, 1967: Ricci Owobe discovers that Hollywood legend Sidney Poitier is filming scenes nearby with pop star Lulu. Ricci and his friend Mina go down to the film set to catch a glimpse of the stars and come away with a piece of film history! A beautifully observed short drama from the celebrated National Film and Television School, Sidney's Chair shows the complex difficulties faced by a mixed-race family in 1960s London.
