This joyful comedy from the Holmfirth-based Bamforth Company is the sole survivor of four Scottie films featuring a schoolboy prankster. Here he distributes slimy amphibians around the house, to the consternation of bevy of young sisters, maids and an African explorer. The scenario has all the sophistication of a page of the Beano, but is well made and cheery - albeit sadly damaged.
